Comfortable beds made nighttime restful.

Our reservation went missing despite the confirmation number, leaving us waiting for four hours to get into our room. The layout of the room's sinks was inconvenient, and I found it frustrating to use them as they were oddly shaped and poorly situated. Maintenance issues, like the door needing repair and the lack of a proper closet, really detracted from our overall experience.

the location was magnificent, near casino ballroom live music venue. it also was close to a great restaurant-sea ketch. really enjoyed climate control, multi-channel tv and a microwave in the room.

I loved the room, the bed was extremely comfy.

Large room with a full kitchen. Free parking is a plus. The wifi was spotty.

Location: the hotel was close to the beach boardwalk, bars, and a great restaurant-Sea Ketch. Lucky that it was relatively close to Farr's Famous Chicken, offering food to go. My room included climate control, multi-channel television and a microwave oven.

great location , but needs bathroom upgrades

The room was updated and very clean. I loved having chairs outside my room to enjoy the fresh air. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit, made all the difference. Those little touches, like complimentary beach towels, added to the overall experience.

The shower could use an upgrade, as it felt cramped, and our tub didn't drain properly which was inconvenient.

Yo, the room was great, super spacious with a big ol' TV. My kids loved the fridge and microwave for snacks. It's seriously close to the beach and everyone working there was chill. Only thing? The bathroom felt a bit cramped, but we managed. Easy walk to grab a snack after chillin' at the shore.

A refrigerator, a microwave oven and climate control in my standard queen room were useful during the stay on a vacation. The staff was helpful and always extremely friendly and very very helpful. The location was excellent close to everything, close to Casino Ballroom Live Music Venue. Further, it was so close to the Casino and the Goat, the beach and boardwalk, and a great restaurant-Sea Ketch...

The room was spacious with a mini fridge and a microwave, which my kids loved for late-night snacks. We also enjoyed a quick walk to the beach, and the location made it easy to explore local attractions like Ogunquit Playhouse.

My wife says that the bathroom could be roomier.

Location felt ideal, close to attractions yet not overwhelmingly noisy. Room had a comfortable king bed. Early check-in was a plus after a long drive, and parking was easy. A few drawbacks, the bathroom was outdated with some signs of wear. The air conditioning unit had gaps, leading to a few bugs sneaking in, and the shower left something to be desired. My stay had some great moments but could use a few updates for a better experience.

Super friendly staff, 24-hour security was great. Free Wi-Fi in public areas was spotty.

It was just a fine choice for a relaxing holiday in Hampton with good value considering price it charged. The comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep after a long day at the beach. Make sure to try out the pool area for some fun in the sun.
